I’ve been in real estate since 2003, but my experience goes far beyond buying and selling houses.
Over the years, I’ve sold hundreds of properties, flipped houses that have generated millions of dollars in profit, built and managed successful short-term rentals, and earned Airbnb Superhost status. I’ve learned what makes people fall in love with a home—and what makes a property a smart investment.
I’ve always had a passion for seeing the potential in a space. Sometimes it’s a house that needs a complete transformation. Sometimes it’s an investment property that just needs the right strategy. And sometimes it’s a home that needs a little creativity to make it feel like you.
That combination of real estate knowledge, investing experience, and design instinct is what I bring to every project.

I love sharing what I’ve learned along the way—whether that’s how to make a house more marketable, turn an overlooked property into a profitable investment, create an unforgettable Airbnb, or simply make a home feel better.
But long before I was a Realtor, investor, or entrepreneur, I was a wife and mom.
I’ve been married to Josh for more than 20 years, and together we have four sons and two grandchildren. Our family has been part of every chapter of this journey, and they’ve certainly kept me grounded—and busy!
After more than 20 years in the business, I’ve learned that real estate is about so much more than houses. It’s about people, possibilities, and knowing what to do with the opportunity in front of you.
